This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and Type Foundry d/b/a Type Foundry. It governs your access to or use of Type Foundry’s fonts, related software, and materials (“Font Software”). By downloading or installing Type Foundry Font Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
Updates
Type Foundry may modify this EULA at any time, notifying you of changes. Continued use of the Font Software signifies acceptance of updates.
General License Terms
Type Foundry reserves the right to decline licensing. Licenses are personal, non-assignable, and non-exclusive. Redistribution or reverse engineering of Font Software without consent is prohibited.
Commercial License
Required for businesses, organizations, or individual projects with financial incentives. It permits usage across various platforms, including desktop, web, apps, ebooks, and videos.
Prohibited Uses
Includes alphabet products, redistribution, and apps with exportable content, among others. Using fonts for discriminatory, harmful, or political purposes requires special licenses.
Ownership
Font Software remains the intellectual property of Type Foundry. Modifications are allowed under specific conditions but cannot be distributed without permission.
Termination and Liability
Type Foundry can terminate the license if terms are breached. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Font Software.
Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by Turkish law, with disputes resolved in Istanbul.
Trial License
Trial Font End User License Agreement

A Trial Font license allows you to use Trial Fonts for preview and evaluation, limited to personal or internal purposes, such as creating mock-ups or presentations. Public-facing or commercial use requires a paid license from Type Foundry. The Trial Fonts are for a single user and may be stored on multiple computers, but sharing is not permitted. You can use the fonts in non-commercial, self-initiated work, such as student projects, and share them on social media with proper credit to Type Foundry and the typeface name.
